How Can We Help

Our rigorous approach to wound care consists of measures to address multiple barriers to healing, including:

  1. Call us at 336-600-2589. Our staff will be happy to assist you and can offer same or next day appointments at one of our 6 office locations.
     

  2. Provide patient information: 
    - Patient's name, date of birth, and contact information 
    -     Insurance information
    -     Referring physician's name and contact information
     

  3. Send patient records: Please fax a copy of relevant medical records to 336-443-9412 prior to the appointment.
